RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Mr. Snider has been involved in real estate development and construction for more than 25 years. Since graduating from John Carroll University, he has been involved in a multitude of projects including professional and medical office buildings, hospitals, retail centers, office flex complexes and residential subdivisions. He was previously a project manager and business development manager with a leading national construction management firm. His duties included estimating, scheduling, purchasing and management of well over $200 million in construction projects. He is knowledgeable in all phases of construction, including road construction and infrastructure, foundations, structural, moisture protection, concrete, carpentry, interior finishes and mechanical systems. He served in the capacities of project superintendent, project engineer, project manager and business development manager.
Mr. Snider formed his own real estate development and investment company, The Winbury Group, in 1992 and established Tower Realty after acquiring his real estate license in 1997. Since then, he has directed the acquisition, design, financing, government approval, construction and marketing of over 200,000 square feet of office development, four residential subdivisions totaling over 275 individual sublots and 197,000 square feet of new home construction, amounting to greater than $59 million in real estate development.
